Early Childhood Generalist Endorsement; Teacher Leader Endorsement; Curriculum and Instruction with TESOL Endoresement, 2 Master of Education degrees: Curriculum and Instruction can be combined with Early Childhood Generalist, TESOL or Teacher Leader endorsements. Educational Leadership with PRAXIS exam leads to principle licensure. The Teacher Leader Endorsement is included in the Educational Leadership degree.

The framework for the program, Teachers as Reflective Educational Leaders, comprises a standards-driven, research based, reflective leadership development approach through which teachers and other school personnel develop the knowledge, skills and dispositions deemed essential for the effective education professional.
