Program Description:

The Bluffton MBA is designed for working adults who are interested in completing their degree on campus (one evening per week) or online. At Bluffton, you can supplement your MBA with a concentration to support your career aspirations. Through our MBA program you will develop a general set of management skills while the concentration will focus on a specific area. Concentration options are: accounting and financial management, health care management, leadership, production and operations management and sport management.


Bluffton holds a certificate of authorization from the Ohio Board of Regents to confer both the Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Organizational Management degrees. Bluffton University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, a member of the North Central Association

The Bluffton on campus program requires students to be employed within the region prior to being granted admission acceptance. This requirement is based upon the developed structure of our program which requires students to be employed. The on campus MBA and MAOM is not designed to meet the needs of international students and they are encouraged to consider our online MBA program.
