Master of Science in Construction Management
The master of science degree in construction management is specifically designed for experienced construction management professionals interested in advancing into leadership positions within the field. The program may also accommodate recent graduates of undergraduate programs in construction management or related disciplines.
Students develop competencies in leadership, construction cost analysis and control, construction operations management and productivity, construction business development and growth, and in client relationship building. Core courses are taught by seasoned faculty who have five or more years of professional experience in the construction management field.
Plan of study
The program consists of 33 credit hours and may be completed entirely through online learning. The curriculum consists of core courses, professional electives, and a choice of a graduate thesis, project, or a comprehensive exam.
