Program Description:
The Graduate Certificate in Strategy and Leadership addresses the need for managers and business leaders in the 21st century to set clear objectives with a competitive strategic advantage; to motivate employees; and to redevelop a culture of trust, integrity, and profitability in the global, customer-centric marketplace.
This six-course, 18-credit graduate certificate program provides excellent preparation for individuals who need to stay abreast of the continuously evolving needs of the industry.
The program can be completed fully online, or in a traditional classroom setting, or by blending a combination of the two formats. Upon completion of this certificate, you may apply for entrance into the Master of Science in Management and Systems. Graduate certificate courses may be used to satisfy some requirements for this master's degree. The majority of students in the Graduate Certificate in Strategy and Leadership transfer into the degree program.
