The Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Organizational Effectiveness at Manhattanville School of Business is a 36 credits program which can be completed in 18 months of part-time study.
In today’s global environment, skilled HR leaders manage human capital to maximize an organization’s most valued assets. Whether your direction is as an HR generalist or as an organizational effectiveness strategist, we offer two select concentrations to lead to your success:
· Human Resource Management: become an HR business partner who manages a broad range of HR activities in an organizational setting. Delve deep into total rewards, employee and labor relations, HR legal and regulatory enviroments, HR technologies, and more.
Completing this track prepares you for careers in recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, professional development and labor relations.
· Organizational Effectiveness: Take on more focused consultative HR roles in a corporation. Gain an in-depth background in organizational learning and executice coaching, organizational assessment, analysis and change, human capital analytics and analytical tools for decision making.
Completing this track prepares students to be true business partners and prepare for roles such as Leadership and Talent Development and Human Resources Strategist.
