Program Description:

Located in New York City and known for its academic excellence, Fordham University's Graduate Program in International Political Economy and Development (IPED) offers a unique and innovative interdisciplinary approach to the study of international economic relations to a select entering class of approximately 25 to 30 students each year. The IPED MA is a three semester program designed to train students for international professional careers in business, government, or the non-profit sector. Our curriculum offers a rigorous foundation in economic, political, social, & quantitative analysis, and an advanced interdisciplinary study of global economic relations and international development issues. Most students specialize in International Banking and Finance, International Development Studies, or International and Development Economics. Fellowships are available to top applicants.

The Fordham IPED Program is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities (AJCU) and an affiliate member of the Association of Professional Schools in International Affairs (APSIA).

International Student Requirements:

International applicants must also submit their score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). The minimum acceptable score on the new version of the TOEFL is 100.
