Program Description:

We offer an M.A. in Speech Communication and Mass Communication and an M.S. in Communicative Disorders. In either degree program the student may elect to write a thesis or take additional course work. On completion of the M.S., the student will have met all the ASHA academic and practicum requirements for certification. The faculty in the Department of Communicative Arts and Sciences firmly believe that we have a quality program designed to train you in communication theory and application, research methods, and statistics, and provide in-depth training in specific topic areas. The majority of the graduate experience is designed by you with your graduate advisory committee.
