The need for conflict resolution skills in virtually every area of life today is more apparent than ever. The Certificate Program in Conflict Resolution and Leadership (CRL) at Drew University educates students and professionals in a wide range of fields for dealing with conflict of all types.  Blending traditional academic coursework with professional mentorship and experiential learning, in the New York metropolitan area the CRL program prepares students for advanced careers and leadership roles in their given field.

Program Requirements

The Conflict Resolution and Leadership certificate (15 credits) requires 5 courses including a supervised internship and 3 mandatory core classes - Introduction to C.R.L. Methods and Practicum, Introduction to Peace and Conflict Studies, and Cross Cultural Approaches to Understanding Conflict
