Ed.D./Ph.D. in Educational Leadership, Educational Leadership (K-12)
The Division of Education at Caldwell University is excited to announce the new doctoral program in educational leadership. This program is designed to meet the needs of practicing school leaders, current teachers, or candidates interested in organizational leadership.
This program can be completed in as little as 54 credits for the Ed.D. or 66 credits for the Ph.D. with transfer of appropriate Master’s degree.
Our vision is to prepare candidates with the tools to strategically plan, analyze, synthesize, and evaluate circumstances with informed models of decision-making. The Division of Business is collaborating with the Division of Education to share their expertise to fully prepare future leaders.
This unique program is designed to develop candidates into leaders, and to have the most current research and a blend of best leadership practices from across the United States. Students can choose from these concentrations:
