Our MBA is 30 credit hours, six of which are electives customizable to your particular interests and can be completed in one or two-years. Courses are offered in the evenings (6 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.) in eight-week intervals to accomodate working professionals.
Drury's coursework is focused on applied problem-solving via case studies and collaborative team projects, while emphasizing analytical thinking and managerial problem solving. Our small class sizes, averaging only 25 students in a class, allows students to receive a challenging and personal class experience. Students complete a nine-day trip to an international business destination as part of the Global Business, New Ventures and Innovations course. Airfare, lodging, and transportation costs for the trip come at no additional cost to students. Drury classes are comprised of professionals from various businesses and nonprofit organizations providing you with a dynamic class experience where you not only learn from expert faculty, but from each other. Our mentorship program pairs MBA students with individuals from the Springfield business community to support the students’ development of their professional network.
Our graduates become members of a distinguished network of alumni who are leading businesses and organizations across the globe. Alumni hold key positions at an international and national level with PWC, BKD, Cerner, Purina, and Enterprise. Local Drury MBA graduates hold key positions at Case New Holland (CNH), SRC, Paul Mueller, Elliott Robinson, Positronic, Mercy Health and CoxHealth.
An undergraduate degree in business administration is not required for admission to the program.

International Student Requirements:Evaluation of all post-secondary education transcripts documented by a recognized international credential evaluator, e.g., World Education Services, Inc. or Educational Credential Evaluators. Evaluation must be submitted in terms of U.S. semester credits, grade equivalents, grade point average, and authentication of documents. Drury reserves the right to interpret the evaluation report to be consistent with institutional transfer policy guidelines. Proof of an applicant’s proficiency in English is required if their primary language is not English.Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 80 (minimum); OR University of Cambridge International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.5 (minimum); OR at least two years of full-time college-level study at a school in a country where English is the native language.
