Master of Science in Law
In today’s world, law impacts virtually every human activity. Professionals in many fields regularly interact with lawyers, the legal system, judicial rulings, policy issues, and regulations. The part-time Master of Law program is designed for non-lawyer professionals who deal with such topics in their work, but who do not desire to obtain a JD or practice law. Whether you work in human resources, banking, journalism, real estate, fundraising, or for the government, a Master of Science in Law degree from the ABA-accredited Western New England University School of Law is a credential that will enhance your skill set and position you to advance your career.
The 24-credit Master of Science in Law can be pursued part-time in two, three, or more years. You may take one or two courses per term, with summer classes optional, choosing day or evening courses to fit you schedule. You will study alongside JD students in classes taught by law faculty. Our program director will help you develop a custom curriculum to meet your interests and goals. You may also take up to 6 credits in other graduate programs at Western New England. The MS in Law is a surprisingly affordable and an accessible graduate option to give you the legal knowledge and expertise you need to understand how the law relates to your work.
