Graduate School of Arts and Sciences
The graduate program in economics is designed to provide an understanding of the theoretical and empirical foundations of economics: statistics and econometrics, microeconomic theory, macroeconomic theory, and mathematics. Most graduates accept a research position in business or government or go on to pursue a doctoral degree at another institution.
