Completing coursework to advance your teaching license to the professional level doesn’t have to be about just maintaining your certification. It’s an opportunity for you to expand your reach as an educator, enhance your expertise in the subject matter you love to teach, or to take a class that inspires you. Your teaching practice reflects who you are and what you value, and so should your graduate program.
Our Professional Licensure program allows you to pursue the track that best fits you and your career. Choose our customizable master’s degree or certificate track if you are interested in a flexible, individualized program of study in your current area of teaching. Or select our enhanced master’s degree course sequence to add a Moderate Disabilities teaching license, while also working to achieve professional teaching certification in your current field.
With Professional Licensure programs open to experienced and newly licensed teachers who hold initial certification for Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Moderate Disabilities (K-8), English, or History, we offer a supportive academic community that encourages your growth as an educator, while also empowering you to set the course for your journey as a lifelong learner.
