Program Description:

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is commonly associated with the treatment of autism spectrum disorders; however, it has diverse applications including organizational behavior management, behavioral psychology, and behavioral pharmacology. With the rise in the prevalence of autism spectrum disorders, employment for ABA therapists is expected to grow by 29% in the coming decade. This program combines the research and hands-on experience you need to start or advance in the growing field of Applied Behavior Analysis. 90% of our 2016 graduates passed the BCBA examination on their first attempt!

Program Objectives

Our ABA program prepares you for leadership roles in the implementation, evaluation, and administration of applied behavior analytic principles and methods.

  • Prepare students to effectively enter the workforce immediately upon graduation
  • Provide students with a strong foundation to pursue doctoral work in behavior analysis
  • Provide students with opportunities to learn how to deliver culturally competent care through site visits in other countries
  • Clinical site placements at the Regis Autism Center provide opportunities to gain valuable experience right on campus.

Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis

The Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Regis affords the student the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of ABA while gaining valuable experiences applying and evaluating the principles and methods of ABA in a supervised setting. The certificate program is designed for students currently holding a Bachelors or Masters Degree in an approved field of study as determined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®.
