Endicott College, also known as The Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Endicott College, offers all levels of degrees, including fifth-year master’s degrees. Endicott College, which has online and on-campus programs, is a four-year, private, not-for-profit institution headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts. The main Endicott College campus, located in Beverly, is oceanfront and located only 20 miles from Boston. The school values experiential learning that blends theory with hands-on application. In fall 2016, Endicott College had 4,835 students, 1,654 of which were graduate students.

Why Consider Endicott College? Endicott College and the Van Loan School at Endicott College offer on-campus and online programming particularly designed for non-traditional students. Online, students can pursue undergraduate and graduate degrees. Endicott College masters programs offer a Master of Education in numerous areas; a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership or general studies; and a Master of Science in Information Technology, Homeland Security, or Nursing Administration; all entirely online. At the doctorate level, students can earn a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership in Higher Education or a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Behavior Analysis, Educational Leadership in PreK-12, or Nursing, all entirely online. Endicott College also offers Fifth Year Masters programs entirely online: one M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis and one M.S. in Homeland Security. Student- and Career-Focused Online Programs Endicott College Online is student- and career-focused and offers flexible programs with customizable options to fit adult students’ needs. Access to tutoring, disabilities services, the Writing Center, and other student resources help online students succeed, and technical support is available 24/7 to address any technical issues. Online schedules are flexible, and programs are designed to give students knowledge and skills immediately applicable on the job. Navigating online programming helps students develop valuable technical abilities. Professional Student Body and Dedicated Faculty At Endicott College, 1,022 United States-based graduate students attend programs. An additional 262 students are enrolled internationally, and 429 students are non-degree seeking professional development students. Of the full-time faculty who instruct these professional students, 72 percent hold a doctorate or terminal degree. Also, amongst the career and postgraduate students who graduated in 2016:ii 75 percent were employed fulltime 27 percent were continuing their education 99 percent were either employed, volunteering, or participating in the armed forces 53 percent who were employed fulltime found their career through an internship site or contact 90 percent found employment related to their major Online and On-campus Options Endicott College offers its online programs through the Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies. Through Endicott College online courses and programming, professionals gain access to flexible education custom-design to fit their work schedules. However, professionals who desire at least some on-campus options, whether every semester or on occasion, have options through three campuses: one in Beverly, one in Boston, and one in Gloucester. For students who prefer some flexibility through distance education and some structured, in-person education through campus settings, Endicott offers great options. International Options Endicott College offers programs in four countries besides the U.S.: Madrid, Spain; Leysin, Switzerland; Prague Czech Republic; and Bangkok, Thailand. Graduate programs at the master’s level allow students to study business administration with an emphasis in organizational leadership or education with an emphasis in administration, ESL, technology, leadership, international education, curriculum development, or athletic administration. Online students or students in the U.S. may be able to take some of their classes at international locations, allowing for enriching and diverse cultural and professional exchanges.

Mission, Vision and Values Endicott College is committed to offering experiential learning that combines theory with hands-on, career-related experience. It strives to cultivate a beautiful and supportive environment where students and faculty come together to establish a community of learning.
There are five basic steps to admission at Endicott College. First, prospective students apply using an online application and submit a $50 non-refundable application fee. Second, applicants submit transcripts and test scores. Third, applicants submit supplemental materials, such as letters of recommendation, essays, and a resume. Fourth, applicants interview with their program director and/or vice president and dean of the School of Graduate Studies. Finally, applicants check their admissions status online or receive their status by mail. At the graduate level, admissions requirements otherwise vary by program. Applicants may have to submit additional materials (such as a portfolio, writing sample, or evidence of having a certain number of years’ experience in a field) or respond to distinct questions in essays. Transfer and international applicants must meet additional requirements.

Financial Aid

To qualify for financial aid to attend Endicott College, students must be citizens or eligible non-citizens and accepted into a program through Endicott College admissions. To keep their financial aid, students must be enrolled at least half-time in an approved program and maintain good academic standing. Students who qualify for and accept financial aid may pay their Endicott College tuition with Federal Direct Stafford Loans and GRADPlus Loans. Students can also apply for private loans, grants, and scholarships through for-profit and non-profit organizations.

At the graduate level, programs in education, business, health, and homeland security are all offered online, affording professionals the flexibility they need to earn their advanced degrees. Endicott College Program Highlights: the Online MBA Endicott College’s Master of Business Administration program is one of its most popular, with 154 students graduating with the degree in 2015-2016.Depending on their needs and goals, students can pursue an Experienced Professional Evening MBA, a Full-time Intensive MBA, an MBA Organizational Leadership degree, or a general MBA. Each of these degrees helps students pursue advanced business knowledge and skills immediately applicable on the job.
