Program Description:
The Department of Special Education and Communication Disorders offers several programs designed to meet the needs of graduate students. The department offers programs leading to licensure, graduate degrees, and coursework to meet professional development goals.
Licensure in Special Education:
-Post Baccalaureate Initial Licensure - Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8 or 5-12)
-Post Baccalaureate Initial Licensure - Teacher of Students with Severe Disabilities (All Levels)
M.Ed in Special Education:
-Initial Licensure and Master of Education in Special Education - Teacher of Students with Moderate Disabilities (PreK-8 or 5-12)
