Bridgewater's M.Ed in Health Promotion program is designed for individuals who are currently involved in health promotion activities or who seek to prepare for health-related careers in community-based organizations such as business industry, agencies, hospitals and voluntary and official health agencies as well as for in-service teachers.
This program also provides a strong basis for students to gain national certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). It is possible to enroll as a post-master’s or non-degree candidate to obtain professional development points (PDPs) or gain advanced knowledge in a specialized topic.
