Program Description:

By earning your M.S. in Applied Psychology at the University of Baltimore, you open the door to an exciting career addressing human and organizational problems. The Counseling Psychology track of this program is specifically design to help prepare you to become licensed as a professional counselor by covering the eight content areas tested on the National Counselor Exam and by providing the required hours of supervised experience to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. The Industrial/Organizational Psychology track of this program focusses on preparing you to facilitate effective leadership within organizations and to help those same organizations hire, train and motivate employees.
