Project Management is one of the top ten technology skills in demand today. Evolving trends show an increased demand for quality products and services, requiring a disciplined approach to managing projects. Federal agencies are increasingly specifying in requests for proposals that organizations have certified project managers on their staff.
The graduate certificate program in Project Management prepares individuals for positions in project management, program management, and project administration. In addition, this program prepares students for the Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional exam.
The project management certificate program consists of five courses (15 academic credits) that may also be applied toward a Master's degree in business administration by completing additional courses. Courses are offered in the evening from 6-9:30 p.m. in 8-week accelerated sessions at the Mount's Frederick Campus.

Individuals wishing to apply for admission into the graduate certificate program in Project Management must have completed a Bachelor’s degree and must satisfy the following.
