Mission, Vision and Values
The mission of KSU is to foster excellent teaching, research, and service that develop a highly skilled and educated citizenry necessary to advancing the well-being of Kansas, the nation, and the international community. Kansas State embraces diversity, the education of undergraduate and graduate students, and improvement in the quality of life and standard of living of those they serve.

Kansas State Admissions
All of the graduate programs at KSU have slightly different admissions requirements, so it’s important to check with individual programs to make sure that you meet specific requirements. However, the common requirements include:- Official Transcripts: Some graduate programs require that you earned a bachelor’s degree with a 3.0 GPA, though others may not have that requirement.
- Statement of Goals: Most programs require 1-2 pages that address your career goals and aspirations and how the particular program will help you achieve them.
- Letters of Recommendation: Graduate programs at KSU usually require three letters of recommendation from professors and/or employers.

Graduate attendance rate of 43% part-time and 57% full-time

KSU Program Highlights: MS in Architecture
Kansas State University Architecture Graduate School offers the Master of Science in Architecture among other architectural programs. The MS is a post-professional program that lasts at least 30 semester credit hours and usually requires two years in residence. Plus, the program is designed to allow you to pursue your master’s with a concentration in one of three architectural topics:- Design Theory
- Ecological and Sustainable Design
- Environment Behavior and Place Studies
