MA in Teaching
Teaching can be both a challenging and gratifying career path. Professionals serve as both mentor and coach—imparting academic knowledge and helping to shape students’ views of their own self-worth and their roles in the world around them. If teaching is your calling, the Master of Arts in Teaching program at Purdue Global is designed to help you develop the professional competencies to teach grades 5–12.* All faculty members possess PhDs and bring years of education experience to the classroom, providing you with real-world perspective to help you advance your career.
Purdue Global now offers a Classroom Pathways Bundle, which helps students become certified in specific states through the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence (American Board) Plus+ Program. American Board program resources and examination costs are included in the price of tuition—one less thing to think about on your path to becoming a certified teacher.† For over 75 years, Purdue Global has helped students meet their higher education goals, and we believe that with your talent, commitment, and a new degree, you can become empowered to pursue your career goals as well.
This program may not be available in all states. Speak with an Admissions Advisor for more information.
