Degrees Offered:

Art Education

Format: Campus

Program Description:

Our Graduate students supplement their coursework with professional activities, such as assisting in research, teaching, and working in field sites under staff supervision. Research and teaching assistantships, fellowships, and scholarships are available in limited numbers for highly qualified students. At the advanced graduate degree level, we prepare master teachers, curriculum specialists, teacher educators, educational researchers, directors of training for business and government, and specialists in educational technology. Each graduate program is a collaborative effort between the faculty and the graduate student; each program is designed to reflect the aspirations of the student, as well as the knowledge and skills necessary to assume leadership roles in school and in universities.
