Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics

Biomedical informatics is one of the fastest growing interdisciplinary fields and is now offered as a graduate degree program at the University of Chicago Graham School. Qualified applicants have the opportunity to be part of this specialized program, the Master of Science in Biomedical Informatics (MScBMI). Continuing in the Graham School tradition of academic excellence and empowering education, the MScBMI program has been developed in collaboration with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, Computation Institute, Department of Computer Science, and Department of Public Health Sciences. Students completing the program will be prepared with the necessary knowledge and technical skills to tackle everyday management issues and to guide large projects in clinical and research settings.
Designed for working adults with the option to pace the coursework to suit your schedule, this new degree program begins enrollment in 2016. The in-person class format is structured to provide students with direct access to interactive instruction and team-based learning.
