The HRD master’s program prepares professionals who will be responsible for the training, education, development, and performance improvement of adults in businesses and organizations in all areas including: business, health care, human service, non-profit, and governmental agencies. The program has been developed especially for those wishing to move into HRD field as well as current practitioners desiring more formal training. This program provides graduates with the opportunity to work in various sectors educating adults in a variety of settings.
