Every organization needs reliable managers who can take responsibility for a project’s success. That’s why at Elmhurst we help you develop a set of core competencies, so you can deliver projects on time, on budget and to specification—in a wide range of fields and occupations.

Learning to Lead in a Collaborative World

With a master’s in project management you’ll learn to reach across disciplines and functions, speaking everyone’s language, to coordinate the team. We’ll teach you the tools and techniques you need to oversee a project: budgeting and monitoring, communications and team building, risk management and decision making.

You’ll also take business electives to broaden your knowledge base and give you a deeper of understanding of what makes a business run.

We understand busy—this is a graduate degree on your terms. Our EC Flex format is a combination of online and on-campus classes. These programs run simultaneously, and online students are welcome to visit campus for classes or meetings. In addition, all lectures are recorded and so you can customize your studies to your schedule and your priorities.
