Program Description:

Faculty from the Departments of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, Medicine, Neuroscience, Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine, and Pediatrics join forces to offer students broad opportunities for graduate training in genetics. Graduates of the program are prepared to conduct research and assume supervisory andteaching responsibilities in all facets of modern molecular genetics, including human genetics, mammalian genetics,lower eukaryotic genetics, bacterial genetics, viral genetics, and immuno genetics.
