Program Description:

American University’s Master of Science in Organization Development teaches you how to lead the change you want to see in the world. You will learn the theories, models, principles, values, and practices to promote organization development and empower sustainable positive change at the individual to societal levels. 

This flexible 20-month program taught by leading practitioners requires just one three-day weekend of on-campus classes per month. Leverage your strengths and gain real-world experience through short local and international residencies.
