Investigation is a broad interdisciplinary field in which students learn how to identify, collect and analyze evidence in civil and criminal cases. Each concentration focuses on a specific area of specialized investigations and is designed to prepare students for investigative careers in one of the areas.

The program will initially support three areas of concentration or specialization:

  1. Criminal Investigation
  2. Financial Crimes Investigations
  3. Computer Crime Investigations

These specializations represent the major categories of employment for Investigators, and are designed to prepare students to enter or advance in these alternative career paths.
