The MS HRM is designed to build the skills needed for future HR leaders over a concentrated twenty-two month period. The Advanced Business Certificate in HRM is a shorter, 4-course option for professionals seeking a deeper education beyond professional certifications in specific areas like Labor Relations or Talent Management. Both programs are offered in a distinctive blend of on-campus and online learning that maximizes the advantages of both instructional modes while leveraging UConn's extensive experience in online, on-campus, and hybrid learning. The MS HRM is only offered in a hybrid mode; the ABC HRM is available in hybrid or online.
