Program Description:

The Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MS HRM) program is designed for recent college graduates and new human resource professionals seeking upward mobility in the HR field and those wishing to enter the HR field with an excellent preparation. Stressing the role of human resource management as a strategic business partner, the program offers students the necessary knowledge to effectively work in the field at a strategic level and prepares students to be partners in a global business environment.

Program Delivery

The program is tailored to the full-time student's schedule and long term goals. Courses are offered on weekdays from 9:30AM - 12:30PM at our main campus located in Fairfield, CT. Furthermore, the program is built around a cohort of students admitted together each Fall. This is intended to create a student support system and a future peer network. Students who are accepted after a cohort has started may take elective classes while awaiting the start of their cohort.

The full-time program requires the completion of 39 credits and is designed for students with no prior HR experience.

The statement should be officially certified and signed by a bank official and dated within six (6) months of enrolling at SHU
