Master of Science: Computer Science
The full-time or part-time program allows you to earn your master's degree, including a tracks in Game Design & Development, Computer Science, and Information Technology in as little as 15 months. Students also have the option of starting with a 12-credit certificate program which can later be applied to the full master's degree. Certificates are available in: Game Design & Development, Cybersecurity, Database Design, Information Technology, Interactive Multimedia, IT and Network Security, .Net Technology, and Web Development.
Our MSCIS classes offer you the latest in computer systems, classrooms, laboratories, and multimedia equipment, as well as the opportunity to apply for an internship with one of Sacred Heart University's many corporate connections. Student internships have included jobs ranging from Software Development and Network Security, to Instructional Technology. An internship can give you hands-on experience that employers require and a hiring advantage upon graduation.

International Student Requirements:
Students holding an undergraduate degree from outside the United States must have their academic credentials verified and evaluated by an independent evaluation service. Sacred Heart University accepts course-by-course evaluations from World Education Service (WES). You can review their procedure and complete the necessary application process on the WES website.
All international graduate applicants for whom English is not their native language are required to submit an official test score report from one of the following exams: TOEFL, IELTS, MELAB, Pearson PTE or iTEP exam.
