Program Description:

This innovative program was developed to enhance the leadership and management capabilities of individuals working in the nonprofit sector. Regis University is proud to be one of a few select programs in the United States that offers a full graduate degree in Nonprofit Management that can be completed entirely in a distance format. The program is designed in accordance with the Regis mission to provide value-centered education and to strengthen the commitment to community service. The online Master of Nonprofit Management (MNM) degree is an accelerated program offering an intense, conceptually based, application-oriented course of study for individuals interested in enhancing their leadership and management skills within a nonprofit setting. As a student, you will develop a broad-based perspective of the social, political, economic, cultural, and ideological issues that impact nonprofit organizations today. As a graduate, you will be prepared to assume leadership roles and use your decision-making abilities to effectively plan, implement, and manage strategies for the future of your organization. The Program culminates with a Professional Project, which involves the creation, development, improvement, and evaluation of a product or program. The Project will have immediate applicability in a specific nonprofit agency or sector of the nonprofit community. A total of 36 credit hours are required to earn a Master of Nonprofit Management Degree.
