Master of Education in Educational Counseling (EC)
The Master of Education in Educational Counseling (EC) program will prepare you for a career in academic counseling and advising. The program blends a counseling-based theoretical foundation with practical applications in student affairs to prepare you to promote and facilitate educational attainment. Courses in the program address higher education counseling in a variety of settings, including public and private universities, two-year and four-year research universities and liberal arts colleges, specialty colleges, and many others. The program’s required fieldwork component will provide you with supervised experience in relevant areas.
