The Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership (EDL) is a three-year degree program designed for working professionals who aspire to be educational leaders. As a student in this program, you will strengthen your skills for leading groups in high-performing schools, districts, universities and other organizations, and connecting relevant research to practice. To qualify for this program, you must have a master’s degree and three to five years of relevant full-time work experience in a related field.
