Master of Science in Organization Development
University of San Francisco’s Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program prepares you to assume leadership roles in the transformation of organizations, through an emphasis on both academic rigor and ethical practice. Discover the relevant theory and interdisciplinary knowledge so that you can assume a leadership role in your organization. Gain a comprehensive grounding in organizational activity, successfully lead change initiatives, and effectively participate in people and change management.
The MSOD program integrates, synthesizes, and evaluates theories from the fields of organizational behavior, organization theory, change leadership, group dynamics, and communication. As a student, you’ll learn relevant theory, gain interdisciplinary knowledge, and develop practical skills in organizational assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation. This program meets the standards recommended by the Division of Organizational Development and Change of the Academy of Management.
USF's MSOD program is offered at University of San Francisco's Downtown Campus and East Bay Campus. Classes are taught on weeknights and/or weekends to accommodate the schedules of working professionals.
