Masters Concentration in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness
University of the Pacific's Master’s concentration in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness is designed for those wanting to transform their practice, develop their leadership skills, and/or change careers.
In addition to developing organizational leaders, the program is ideal for those interested in fields such as Organization Development, Talent Management, Human Resources and/or Training. The curriculum is practical and represents cutting edge-practice.
The program is designed around real-world, research-based competency models from the Association for Talent Development, International Society for Performance Improvement, and Society for Human Resource Management.
A distinctive part of the curriculum is its project-based design, which requires real-world work in every course. Rather than learning how to do something in the future, you will be learning by doing now, while you’re in the program.
