Payroll Administration

Format: Campus

Program Description:

Payroll administration is an increasingly sophisticated and complex function in virtually every kind of business. With new tax laws, changing administrative requirements and the range of benefit options available to employees, payroll professionals constantly need to update and revise "standard operating procedures."

The Professional Achievement Award in Payroll Administration curriculum covers the body of knowledge, tasks and competencies defined by the American Payroll Association. Participants develop a thorough understanding of the critical skills required for every payroll administrator. These practitioner-oriented courses prepare participants for the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) examinations.
