Explore the wealth of challenging and rewarding opportunities that nonprofits provide for volunteers and professionals to serve the community. This program provides a comprehensive introduction to nonprofit management concepts and practices, including legal constraints and liabilities, management of staff and volunteers, building successful nonprofit fundraising techniques, and creating a successful management approach to effectively deal with the unique challenges of operating a nonprofit organization.
