Program Description:
Our schoolÆs mission is to teach Information Technology in the context of Business and Organizations. To put it another way, we graduate the architects who have a strong grounding in technology from a systems and business standpoint, and who are able to manage IT projects and people.Our curriculum focuses on both theory and practicum and students are able to learn collegially in small classes that average 13-17 students. Approximately 40% of our students are international and there are over 800 international students from 96 countries in the 7 Claremont Colleges. With an emphasis on interdisciplinary studies, we have a dual degree program with the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management (MBA/MSIS) and students are able to take courses at the other schools at CGU. Students are able to study full-time or part-time and we are one of a few IS schools to have a part-time PhD program.We have rolling admissions with enrollments in the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters.
