M.A. in Educational Leadership with the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, Educational Leadership
California Lutheran University’s M.A. in Educational Leadership program is designed for those who wish to prepare themselves for leadership roles within an educational organization. This program is offered in an accelerated format incorporating on-campus and online coursework throughout four 11-week terms, equaling just 12 months. Classes are lead by full-time professors and highly regarded, practicing educational leaders.
Upon completion of the one-year program, candidates will be eligible for the Preliminary Administrative Services Credential offered by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing and have a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership. They will become highly respected administrative leaders who can lead their students to success in an effective learning environment.
The flexibility of the program allows classes to be offered on some weekends, as well as online for the convenience of fully employed students. The program is offered at the Thousand Oaks campus and the Santa Maria Center.
