Program Description:

Alliant’s MA in Organizational Psychology program, offered by the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), provides in-depth education and training in applied theory, research and practice of industrial and organizational psychology and development consulting. You will not only understand the principles of industrial and organizational psychology but also develop the skills necessary to apply theory and research in the field to assist organizations to discover creative solutions to their most pressing problems. Upon completion, you will be prepared for a wide variety of careers within global and diverse contexts, including consulting, management, leadership, coaching, human resources and talent management, diversity training and organizational development. Courses and consulting projects within this two-year program include fundamentals of professional ethics, diversity management and consultation, and culturally competent professional services.
