Program Description:

Alliant’s EdD  in Educational Leadership and Management program prepares you for a lifelong path of executive leadership and educational administration in K–12 schools, community colleges and universities, as well as in the government, international and business sectors. Whether seeking a career in K-12 administration or looking to advance within higher education, the EdD program may be adapted to best meet your needs. After completing the program, you will be able to lead change in educational organizations, understand the social underpinnings of world educational systems and evaluate research that addresses educational issues. This three-year hybrid program offers you a unique instructional model, blending online course delivery with executive weekend seminars.
