About this course >>This course provides a combined study of the latest issues regarding legislation, contracts, management and practice within the architecture profession. It aims to modernise your outlook and judgement regarding management of architectural practice, the design and procurement of building processes and the operational relationships between the architect, client, contractor and associated bodies. It is designed to cover current business and practice issues, recent legal and building legislation and contractual issues. In addition, students will develop skills in project management and dispute resolution. The course can lead to the Final Certificate in Architecture (Part 3) ARB/RIBA.

Accreditation:

2 years part-time (starting January).

International Student Requirements:

Predominantly English-speaking applicants have no requirements. For all other applicants – IELTS score: English language proficiency at a minimum of IELTS band 6.5 or equivalent with no component less than 6.0.
