MSc Environment and Resource Management
Natural resources and people are inextricably linked. Much of what we currently value about the environment exists because of the positive actions of human managers. Equally, most of what we have lost is because of people and their institutions.
Our course is suited to graduates from all disciplinary backgrounds and gives a thorough training in the principles and practices of resource management.
Your learning experience will involve the Essex Sustainability Institute, which is a platform for interdisciplinary sustainability-focused teaching and research collaboration across the natural sciences, social sciences and humanities at Essex. Our aim is to facilitate research and knowledge transfer on global environmental challenges, building strong links with private and public organisations, as well as the local community.
Graduates are equipped for further academic progression or employment in the fields of environmental management and regulation, research and policy.
Postgraduate study qualification from the University of Essex.
