The minimum academic requirements is a UK 2:1 honours degree from a good University. For USA this is equivalent to GPA 3.25+ (4 point scale) and mid B+ for Canada. Candidates must demonstrate an interest in pursuing a career in Human Resource Management.There are also English language requirements if you are not a national from a majority English speaking country.
