This new course has close links to the MAs in International Relations, but is formally separate from them. The degree provides comprehensive coverage of the workings of the EU and of issues associated with it. Compulsory units include, European Integration and the EU as an International Actor. Options include, Germany After The Wall, New France in the New Europe, European Popular Culture, and Immigration, Refugees and Racism. The course is suitable for students who wish to work for the European Union and to pursue further postgraduate study in some aspect of European affairs.
