This programme is designed to attract a wide range of students who have a common interest in critically exploring the field of disability from a range of social science perspectives. It involves disabled people in both planning and teaching, and this enables students to explore the subject from the perspective of disabled people, both in terms of the political and philosophical frame work in which policy is made, and in relation to the social support and services available.
