MSc Human Resource Management (Full-time)
Our MSc in Human Resources Management is a globally recognised postgraduate qualification for HR professionals, accredited by the CIPD. This full-time programme aims to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to develop highly effective practitioners and managers who are able to comply with the highest professional standards associated with employment and work issues.
Initially, MSc students take a number of compulsory modules to provide the foundations for an understanding of management. There is then the opportunity to choose from a range of specialist modules before embarking on a dissertation looking at a specific HR-related topic.
We have the prestigious EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) which is the leading international system of quality assessment, improvement and accreditation of higher education institutions in management and business administration run by the European Foundation for Management Development. All our Management MSc programmes are among the relatively small number of programmes to have received pre-experience master's in general management (PEMM) accreditation from the Association of MBAs (AMBA).
The programme provides the underpinning knowledge required to achieve professional levels of CIPD membership – they still then need to demonstrate application in the workplace.
