Human Resource Management (MSc) (Part-time)
This exciting, innovative and flexible course offers a route to personal and career development for HR practitioners or those aspiring to become an HR practitioner. Students will, over two academic years, attend the School of Management on one afternoon and evening a week during term-time. During this period you will engage with an intensive taught programme of study which will support you both in developing a broad understanding and knowledge of the field of HR and in specialising in areas of HR of particular interest to you.
And, unlike many other courses of its type, studying at Bradford not only gives you the CIPD qualification - Post Graduate Diploma in HRM - but also offers you a route to a master's degree. Students may exit at the end of two years with a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM or may continue for a third year in order to complete a dissertation and gain an MSc in HRM. You can decide at the end of the 1st year which one of these routes you'd like to follow. Both awards will lead to Graduate Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, subject to you additionally successfully completing a programme of personal and professional skills development
Bradford University's School of Management has, deservedly, an excellent reputation and you will enjoy first class teaching and facilities on this programme. Students on the programme are drawn from a wide range of organisations across West Yorkshire, including both private and public sector and large, medium and small firms. The programme will thus also allow you to develop professional networks that will benefit you across your entire career.
