Students engage in a period of supervised research leading to the production of a thesis which is then presented for oral examination. The academic expertise in the School is wide-ranging and supervision may be undertaken in areas such as Criminal Law and Evidence, Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, Public and Administrative Law, European law, Commercial Law, Shipping Law, Public International Law, Ethics and Philosophy and Socio-Legal studies
